What in your opinion has bigger value for Scalper (holding time <1 minute) -- higher profit (option-B, see screen), or -- higher expectancy - pips per trade Expected Payoff (option-A)? What setting would you choose for live trading?

There is no correct answer to this question because of randomness. You can't pick a precise parameter setting from a test because that will partly be the result of chance.

I would not seek the best but rather seek the average of your entire dataset (for live trading)
