You are right Boris, thats why I said the best is yet to come. Exchange rate has just corrected exageration during the Brazilian political crisis. The realpoint on real estate will be the long term correction of Brazilian absurd interest rates. As you certainly know real estate is very sensitive to basic interest rates. The expected pension system reform in Brazil can be a turning point for Brazilian interest rates, I do beleive 2017 will be a remarkable year for real estate in Latam.
