This time it's different. Or is it? With central banks creating a host of market distortions, FX traders have piled into a number of carry trades. These trades seem like 'sure things' so long as the central banks creating the arbs keep pushing. But what happens when the banks stop pushing or can't push hard enough? Are they really 'can't lose strategies'?
