Simple Stock Trading Strategy III - b

The objective is to transform the chart presented in Simple Stock Trading Strategy III to have it operate differently. The new chart depicts what could be the ideal configuration (more or less) of such a transformation. Like any model, it is an idealization. The backdrop is the same as for the previous chart with the yellow line serving the role of the SPY. The SMA (simple moving average), in this case, is of little use. See the added section at the end of the article.

http://www.co-re.it/#!ideas/u6e8b - Looks like you are looking for "the financial ship", somethng going up and down with a regular movement. Take a look at my work, if you please.

Hi Guy, nice improvement. It's better work with return than prices. I believe that the model will need to be calibrated timely. And if lets say a equity preset a sharply movement, maybe the average could not be able to absorb, so you could weighted the returns in order to adjust the grip. It's only an idea. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. You are the professional : )
