This is a typical Danish report/law, nothing firm, a typical Danish sponge.

In order to get something more firm, but still sponge, is the EU report, which in brief classify and divide in:

- Algorithmic trading.

- Automated Trading ( turn the strategy on and go to the beach ).

The main problem here is not EU or the Danish authorities, but those who mess up algorithmic trading with automated "got to the beach" trading.
