Hi Adam, I've focused on trading S&P futures for over five years. I've written an indicator that detects HFT activity and I think /ES is a great instrument - intraday. Under certain circumstances, it's a great overnight hold. But I'm not seeing the slowness you assert. All the best. Steve

I would love to find a good trading room that don't cost a arm and leg but I today loss 600 trying to short in this up trend following online trading academy. In there futures room and in the last week doing my own trading was at over 1500 before today. I like trading the trend until it stops instead of trying to catch a falling knife you got to know where the pivots are and sometimes they don't work which I could find a great system.
