Hi All, I am planing to have a small startup. A startup typically has more risk than a well-established firm. which one you refer ?. A combination of common stock, preferred stock and debt notes with warrants (options to buy stock) . Or anything else ?. Thanks

A startup for what? Is this for people to invest in your company?

Well it depends on the kind of startup you are establishing as well as the amount of capital you are trying to raise.

You can crowd fund, or you can look for VC funding if you think that you have high growth potential.

You can also look for debt or debt equity structure without giving too much equity depending on the industry you are trying to enter as well as other factors...

I guess you'll have to give us more information to get a better answer.
