Cant say that Im not suprised. Take nymex for example, maybe 10 percent of the original floor was being used. This trading floor to put into perspective near the WTC was maybe 3 flrs high and larger enough for a football field. Just by square footage along a huge expense.

Not surprising: I expected them to be closed much earlier... but I'll miss them nonetheless.
