I bought some from ivolatility a few years back, but it was FTSE or SPX, not asia. I had to pay for a months subscription.

If I recall it was about GBP30. I can't see from their site who the underlying vendor is. I am also wondering if I only bought imp vol data from them....it was about six years ago. You could drop them an email to find out: sales@ivolatility.com

Also try the "The Quantitative Finance FAQs Project" section of wilmott.com, there is a sticky thread about free data sources, so you might find a link to what you need in there.
