Hi Justin, have you done any work on classification using Support Vector Machines for trading?

I have. Generally, SVMs performed well, they were more computationally intense and slower than rule learners or Naive Bayes, but less so than decision trees. Some of our better results came form ensembles, with different weights based on recent performance.
