Hi Neil,

I think TT's ADL is about as close as you are ever going to get to an affordable HFT setup. I believe it can handle cash bonds (check with Trading Technologies), so you could do a cash-futures basis trade, for example. In equities it's restricted to futures only, so it would need to be some kind of index arb. I understand that TT may be looking to expand into equities, but its a huge undertaking, with multiple end points, message volumes and regulation to deal with. I wouldn't hold my breath!
